How long will delivery take?

UPS Ground:  Western US approximately two business days
                       Central US  approximately three business days
                       East of the Mississippi River approximately four or five business days

When will an out of stock product be in stock?

We will contact you as quickly as we hear from the manufacturer so that you can make an informed decision about the product.

When will orders that contain out of stock items ship?

We give you three options for this unforeseen circumstance.  We will contact you to give you the option of  A) ship the item when they come in (they will not be billed until sent )and send the the rest of the order. B) Cancel the out of stock item or C) Cancel the whole order. If you should get this message,please advise us as to which course you would like to take.

What are the warranties?

Warranties are limited to manufacturing defects.  Some items carry a limited lifetime warranty, others carry a one year warranty.  All items with warranties will state on the packaging how long the warranty  is in effect.  Obviously misuse is not covered.  Please call us with questions.  All items must be pre-approved before returning to us.

What if the item is something I don't want?

As long as the item is in original packaging and within 20 days of your receipt, we will refund the cost of the item to you.  However, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary by the amount of the total order.  We have had to go to this system because of the increase in shipping fees.
